Topping & Decorations

Amaou strawberries set with a delicate, jiggly agar jelly, enhanced with yuzu flavor.
Heart-shaped whipped cream infused with the rich aroma of vanilla and hidden layers of Amaou gelée. Coated with cacao butter for a crisp texture.
The perimeter is wrapped with vibrant raspberry chocolate from Valrhona (France), bursting with the fresh aroma of fruit.
